The Role

 

Coventry University currently have an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Content manager to help CUOL with the establishment of GrowCo, a function within CUOL that will develop a strong marketing, sales and recruitment team allowing us to deliver to an even greater cohort of students from across the globe. This is pivotal role in helping GrowCo effectively utilise its owned channels including social media and website to engage with UK and global audiences.

 

You will be responsible for the development and execution of compelling and effective marketing content to drive advertising and student recruitment for online learning programmes by create engaging content that resonates with the target audience.

 

This opportunity will allow to you to get to create and work across a wide range of areas such as Digital marketing and Content creation, in which you will be collaborating with stakeholders across the group and be able to put your mark on this exciting time for the group.

 

Our Successful Candidate

 

To be successful in this role you will have bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, business, education, or a related field or equivalent experience. Proven demonstrable experience in digital marketing, with demonstrable experience in running email, social media and website and generating audience centric content.

 

Experience of taking the lead on complex projects and delivering from concept through to final delivery. With a strong background of developing campaign materials across a diverse range of social media channels.

 

Hands-on experience of web content management systems and/or Customer Relationship Management systems. Working knowledge and experience of website analytics and reporting tools e.g. Google analytics.

 

This role is based in Milton Keynes with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
